PRIVACY POLICY: We know your privacy is important to you and it is important to us too. Any information that we may gather is not sold or given away to any third party. Further, we send NO unsolicited email, and will use the information you have given us only to respond directly. Any samples you may send us to quote will be kept confidential as well and no attempt will be made to contact your customer directly. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please email us.

To view proofs, please use the link provided in our original email to you. Click on the selected job in the directory that appears. Your viewer should give you the option of viewing the proof online or saving it to disk. All proofs are kept online until a new proof has been generated. The final proof will be removed within 15 days of completion of the job, please at least download a copy of that file for your records.

All proofs are in PDF format, unless you have requested a jpeg image to view. Please make sure that you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. These proofs are INTERIM proofs only unless marked as final. Online Proofs are NOT COLOR ACCURATE and will only give you a representation of the color based on YOUR monitor. If you have requested a Hi-Res proof, please be patient as these files sizes are much larger than standard proofs, and will take a few minutes to load or save. All changes and/or corrections to these files should be emailed or faxed in to our office. We cannot be responsible for changes requested over the phone. Approval (in writing by fax or email) is needed before any final files can be released.

PLEASE NOTE: Proofing is the responsibility of the customer. Bigdawg Design will make every effort to provide an accurate proof, but it is the responsibility of the customer to check our work. We will carry NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY for errors that you fail to bring to our attention. You must provided a final approval before any job can be released.
