To all whose thoughts and prayers were with us during the last few weeks - Jeff is doing very well and we both appreciate your concern for us during this time.

Well, we finally did it! We have moved from our old office into a larger office. The new office is located at 15 13th St. W, #1, Bristol, TN. This has allowed us to have more working area and the ability to actually move around in the office. We are doing work on several web sites that will go live this month - look for sites for Green Pea Marketing in Lebanon, TN; Abuse Alternatives in Bristol; Roark Motorsports in Abingdon, VA and The WorkSmart group out of Kingsport, TN. We are also please to announce that we have signed a contract with Logan Regional Medical Center in Logan, WV to do their web site and other graphic design projects.

It's been obvious with the lack of updates that we have been very busy! Our site is always the one we put on hold when it comes to getting the jobs done, so please be patient with us. We have created a pretty extensive new samples page so, cruise on over and take a look. And thanks for your interest in Bigdawg Design!

What a long and productive year this has been!! Our company has grown tremendously by word-of-mouth... we haven't even had the opportunity to get our advertising materials out to the community - too much work to do! We joined the Bristol TN/VA Chamber of Commerce this year and look forward to working with other professionals in our local area. We would also like to welcome Tia Souders to our team - not to mention she is the owner's daughter!!! She will be handling customer service and other entry-level duties to learn the ins and outs of the graphic world. Our hours have also changed - we are now open Mon. - Thurs. from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Fridays 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., we are still closed on the weekends.

We have updated the prepress tips page and the links page so please take a look - we have also added a couple more web sites that we are very proud to have designed to our samples page - keep an eye on this page - a MAJOR rework is on the way.

A giant "Thank You" to all of our customers that recommended our work to others. It is because of our wonderful current customers that we have grown so much. We wish you all the best of wishes for the holidays and look forward to serving you even better in the new year.

It has been a busy year so far and we apologize for the lack of update. The site should be fully updated by May 1st. That will include a new samples page as well as links to the sites we have been working on. Thanks for your patience and check back after the 1st.

As the year winds down we are excited about our move to the new office. We are now located at 1234 West State Street, Suite 9, in Bristol, TN. It has been a little crazy trying to move and keep the work flowing, but we have somehow managed to make it all go! (Just don't look at the unpacked boxes yet!!) In the new year we hope to see continued growth for ourselves and the companies we do business with. We hope to expand our services this year (we have some ideas up our sleeve) to be able to offer a more complete pre-press shop. Thanks all for your continued support - we could not have done it without you!

Great News! We've added an online Pantone Color Chart to our site. You can refer your customers to it for a quick online color guide to assist them in making a color choice. While it is not an exact color match it is a handy reference tool. Our Links page has also been expanded to give you some more places that we find interesting to visit. Check back often as we continue to build our web site!

Our site is currently under construction in places... we post as we get it done. We are happy to have the online proofing area done, so if you would like to view your proofs online instead of hard copy or fax, then let us know and we will send you an email link that will lead you directly to your folder. Please read the page on proofs before accessing for the first time.

We have developed a prepress tips area that will provide helpful information about setting up a job for print, an explanation of terms used in printing and typography and a brief history of typesetting. Printed copies of these instructions with your company logo can be ordered for you to give to your customers.
